No matter how much we try to get your templates and forms 'right,' we understand that there are going to be some things that you will want to change to fit the way you are used to doing things and the unique needs of your office and practice.

There are also some forms and documents that you use that may not be in our standard list.

To help make Sydan work better for you, we can customize almost every aspect of the templates and the questions that are asked to create them.

For example, we can:

1.  Add or subtract from or rearrange the menu showing what documents are available for each template set.

2. Edit the text, format, layout and styling in a template.

3. Add a new template and required questions to complete it. 

4. Add specific custom language in a template, such as: complaint/cause of action language for different claims, or discovery demand and response text.

This work can be done on either a flat/fixed fee or hourly basis, depending on your needs and requirements.
